Cannot reply to questions

    There seems to be an intermittent problem with questions.
    Sometimes it is impossible to reply to a question asked by a customer. I click the link in the email but either it either says it is not possible to reply to the question , or the link goes to the item page and says there is no question to answer!

    The only way to reply is to find the customers profile page and then send a direct message instead.
