    This feature doesn't appear to be working?
    Just received one ... and then on looking to accept it the offer shows 'cancelled' which seems unlikely as this is a long standing customer.

    Are there any known problems?

    Just had a large grouped offer for coins which I successfully accepted.

    This is probably another temporary hiccup like the leaving feedback one which annoyed me the other day.

    I think I discovered the problem. The Buyer purchases a couple of the items in the 'group offer' before I was able to accept it thereby invalidating the offer! All sorted now.
