I've had no feedback from any of my customers yet about not being able to buy anything - but, of course, that does not mean it's not happening!

If this is the case then this may finally be the straw that breaks the camels back. So far I've been patient about all the problems and unnecessary wranglings and extra time spent sorting out the mess with the invoicing system. But I am getting totally fed up with the continuing and apparently unending series of glitches and problems that are popping up one after another with no end in sight for all these problems.

Delcampe is a depressing place at the moment and the opposition becomes more and more inviting with less problems and currently more sales.

About time we had a time line of intended repairs to what is becoming a defunct system of operations and an estimate of when, if ever, it will work properly again.

People can buy - I've not had any problems in that respect this weekend - and I've sold over 400 'fixed price' items. I've had a few problems with some invoice scenarios though.

However, looks like there may be problems with the auction formats from the various posts I've seen here.

If you were referring to my post, that was a fixed price item. It appeared on the buyers invoice, with a future ending date and no buyer's details. He had actually bought it, but the item was still available to buy.

The situation is really completely out of control now. If we can't reliably see what has or has not been bought and by who.

I'm off again next weekend and I can't wait to get away from this mess (only to give myself another big headache when I come back, like last month).

If it weren't for my continuous regular absences, I would open a shop elsewhere, but so far I am resisting the temptation, because it doesn't make sense to pay their high shop subscription, only to be closed for business for about 10 days each month.

You may have had all those sales, but how can you say with certainty, that folk have not been trying to buy from you and were not able to do so?

On this occasion i.e. this last weekend I'm pretty sure they would have contacted me.

Clearly there is an issue ... but it hasn't manifested itself in my sales ... yet. I've only been challenged by the invoicing system.
