Forum - Problem with Delcampe's eBay file converter

I'm trying to convert an eBay Turbo Lister file into Delcampe's Lister format via this link:

However, when I try & send the file using my username/nickname & current password, I get an error saying "Incorrect nickname & password !"

I tried it again using my old password (the one before it was changed) and that doesn't work either.

Has anyone else experienced this problem?
