    I have recently paid for a group of lots, received the Paypal receipt email but nothing from Delcampe, also looking in My bids>won they haven't been progressed through payment sent and payment received,

    This is a problem on PayPal's side.

    Everything should be back to normal within the few hours next to the PayPal recovering.
