    Hello Dave,


    I'm afraid you cannot get rid of the line on the website. We put it up there in order to help members who are having issues with their password.

    It won't stay up there forever though, no worries. We'll take it off again in a few days.

    Hi Dimitri,

    I was also confused by this, why don't you edit this to say something like "If you could not receive your password by email". Should be a simple fix and clear up some of the confusion.
