“payment received” is colored and I cannot change

    The buyer xxxx bought an item.
    Before I sent him the invoice, he paid me by electronic payment method, but he did not add the shipping cost.
    Of course I returned the money immediately to him.
    The icon “payment received” is colored and I cannot change that.
    The button to send an invoice does not exist.
    How am I going to send the invoice?

    This example is real.
    I am facing it right now and I cannot find a solution.

    I am in exactly the same boat.

    I assume your buyer paid via Paypal. I suggest you send him a Paypal invoice; this has been mentioned in another part of the forum and hopefully Delcampe will put things "right" again.
