    All our sites (.net, .com, ...) are hosted on same servers. There is no local site faster than another... but there are timeframes faster (when less people are online)

    Yahoo Auctions US announced its retiring and we receive a lot of new visitors from there. That explains the technical situation now, worst than ever.

    The first four new Delcampe servers are in place for 2 days, we are now testing them. The 2 image servers should be working by tomorrow or saturday. The following ones, the new database servers, by middle of next week. And the last ones, the web servers, by the week after. The bottleneck being the web servers, this site will be well running only when that moment will be reached.

    Hold the line ;)

    Yes, we experienced a lot of problems yesterday. I posted quick info in my mother language (french) but I do not have enough time to translate to all 5 languages (and my team is out for w-e).

    You can maybe use automatic translator to read these news:

    Or ask someone here, who knows french, to summarize for you.


    Situation is a little better now and we continue since yesterday morning, non-stop, day and night, to work on this.

    As you all, and maybe more than you, I want the site to be stable and fast.
