Invoicing Problems

    I have templates set for my postage. Up to 8 Cards and the buyer only pays postage on the 1st and all are invoiced together automatically, I dont actually send the invoice myself.
    All has been working well but yesterday 2 buyers bought 3 items each & both were automatically invoiced for each item.
    Although I could edit the invoices I couldnt combine them. I had to delete the postage for the 1st 2 items, so the buyer ended up paying the right amount but of course had to pay seperately for each which meant I ended up with 3 paypal fees.
    Anybody else had this problem? or suggestions?

    Just checked my templates & nothing has changed, UK or international.

    I had 10 individual orders from a buyer yesterday.

    Looking at the times the buyer was going though my store looking for other stamps they were interested in and buying them individually (rather than as a group by keeping in their basket and ckecking out). Previously the system would group these by postage template automatically for each buyer but something seems to have changed, I've reported it to delcampe who said they were passing it on to the IT dept.

    I have it set so I have to manually send an invoice so was able to catch it and combine by clicking the check boxes on the right and 'Group' without the additional paypal charges thankfully.

    I have the same problem, and I also have templates set for my postage, and the items are sold for full price.
    I have just been on 2 weeks vacation, and was so unlucky to delete my password to Delcampe on my first day on Crete, and therefore I have no connection to Delcampe under my vacation.
    Coming home from vacation today, I can see that I have more buyers who has bought more items, and every item is on a single invoice with postage, and they are all paid, so I can't combine.
    I simply don't know what to do now.
    Have you got an answer from Delcampe?

    Sadly no. I think all you can do is a lot of refunds but take into account the added Paypal fees.
    I am about to go on holiday to Portugal & I never take any devices with me other than a cheap mobile phone for emergencies. So no internet for me while away, Any problems will have to wait.
