    Am I right thinking that something has changed on "To Be Shipped"? It is now much more time consuming to pick and pack sale items as the "Personal Reference" no longer appears on the To be shipped list. This is incredibly frustrating and means that each item link has to be opened to find the personal reference number.

    Is it possible to default this list to show Personal reference numbers on the list?

    Also, is anyone else experiencing really sloppy and slow service on the API forum. One of the calls on my API system is not working so is not reporting sales back to my own website, again causing significant extra work. I am expecting to be charged €20 for this service so I would image I will be getting a €0.66 discount for every day the service is not working.

    I also messages Miranda about a week ago and had received no reply.

    Personal references only appear for Club+Gold members.
    Even though you might still see them on any of your sold item page, it's the only place where you could see them (as it's the only trace we keep of them).
    If you want your personal references to be in your invoices, you need to take a Club+Gold membership Lien (https)

    As far as you contact is concerned, note that we did not receive your email as it was automatically closed with a no-reply answer inviting you to contact us directly through our contact form if you wanted to reach us.

    No, it's the same old Club+Gold.
    You had a Club+Gold until June 29th (since on June 29th 2023 you took an annual membership).

    On June 22 (so a week before your subscription expired) an email was sent to you, its title was " [D*] Your Club+ subscription is about to expire".
    The mail mentioned that your Club+ membership would come to an end and that the annual renewal was no longer possible.
    To continue to enjoy the Club+Gold you had to take a monthly subscription which you did not take. This is way you were left without a Club+Gold membership.

    If you had an annual club gold+ like me on auto renew they set it to not renew when they removed the annual option in anticipation of the new fees. The montly option still remains.

    I'm not going to renew anyway now that it offers no discount on insertion fees so offers very little value to me now. I've been including my personal reference in the titles in anticipation of this and will download a file to use as a lookup for older lots.

    Because I have taken the 1 month free option. Conversely to other members I have found sale relatively stable but slightly lower than previous month so o suspect I will now stay a gold member.

    Always a good idea to have a backup scheme. Yes, downloading a file will at least give you something to work with. You can always sort it on different fields.

    What you said is good to know, because I have put personal reference numbers on all of my lots so far.

    BTW, thanks for letting me (anyway) know about the yearly option to renew. If I have to renew monthly, I will seriously consider my next move.
