    I haven't bought anything recently because I can't find the stamps or categories I want. Bring back 'browse categories'.

    I have normal 4 to 5 sales a week, since the new site non.
    This is an indication that buyers are not used at the new site.
    The only hope is that Delcampe will see it also on there business figures;
    I checked for some stamp categories and there are already less sales. :smash: :fight3:

    The old site is now dead and gone.

    This needs to be accepted. The choice is then either to move elsewhere or adapt to the new site. Personally I think the new site will only improve and that the lull in sales for the majority will gradually ease as familiarity with the new site grows.

    There are few other sites on the internet that give similar exposure to ones items for similar costs. Most of them I have tried at one point or another and found many severely lacking. The only real alternative is eBay - but many on here are already 'refugees' from the site for the simple reason that most who sell here end up being little more that servants of that site. This is due to the far higher overall costs and the many restrictions the site hog ties you with.

    I was lucky to be away during most of the major teething problems with the new site so am probably not looking at it with such a jaundiced eye. Whether I remain optimistic depends very much on what happens in the next month or so.

    Well said Wycombe.

    Since the closure of the old site, many problems have been attended to and are being attended to.

    The time has come to stop demanding the old site back and to start providing positive criticism of the new site, so that it can be brought up to speed.

    My criticism at this point in time is the lack of communication from Delcampe to keep us informed about what has been done.

    I have been in contact with Sebastien personally and he has reassured me that all forum messages (complaints/bug reports, etc) are being read and are being acted upon.

    And to be honest, this is clear to see, given the sea of improvements over the last 10 days.

    Like others, I have seen a dramatic fall in sales and viewings, but I remain positive, that within a couple of months, it will be business as usual.
