    I made some auctions in Lister, tried to export them to excel and get the answer above. I have tried several times
    " error on line 1 at column 1887 entity ouml not defined "

    Hi Cipote.
    I had a lot of problems with Lister and csv files in the past with no support from Delcampe. I bypassed them changing format files to XML.
    I can not see your attached file, you don't specify if you got csv file from your local Lister o downloaded from Delcampe site, and finally witch Excel version.
    In any case, first think to do is: check your descriptions for 'dubious' characters, as apostrophe, quote and semicolons.
    If problem is in your local Lister, check starting from very easy description/title.
    If problem occurs on data downloaded from Delcampe, modify those fields before download until you get correct results.
    If problem persist.... then you are sure that, probably, is out of your control.

    excel I have used for 10 years with just minor problems.
    I think I must conclude that excel in delcampe does not work.

    Hi.
    check your descriptions for 'dubious' characters, as apostrophe, quote and semicolons.
    I give up because I include html tags in description and html requieres some of them.
