    I have acquired a good selection of classic Austria, a sample of which is here. I am not familiar with these issues so have a few questions. Is there a premium for stamps used in Trieste or Fiume (row 4, stamps 2 & 3, row 5, number 1), or a premium for red cancellations. The strip of three (row 2), the 15kr (row 4, No3), the 10kr (row 5, numbers 2 & 3) and 2kr (row 5, nr6), 3kr (row7, nr.6) are all signed by Ferchenbauer, why?
