MangoPay verification broken

    Hi,

    After being forced to do yet another verification (when Delcampe should be providing that information to Mangopay as they already have passport photos and whatnot), Mangopay being the extremely efficient payment site is not sending out the verification code via SMS.

    Tried for 2 days now, is it broken?

    Hi,

    I have the same problem, the “Give my consent” banner appeared after I added money to the account for paying the Delcampe fees. I tried first from the computer and got stuck waiting for the verification code via SMS that never came. After that I've tried the authentication using the phone which should be faster and without the SMS procedure but I got stuck again at the same screen waiting for the verification code via SMS.
    Maybe this is all "working as intended" and the problem is on my side, I hope someone reads this and give a solution.

    mangopay is a non stop problem. Get rid of it.

    Perhaps you should give full information and disclose exactly where (on what page) you are trying to do this "verification"?

    There is a verification procedure within the Delcampe dashboard that simply just verifies the given phone number, or are you talking about another way of verification?

    Another solution we can offer, which avoids the need for a mobile phone, is to use a Passkey.

    A Passkey is a modern and secure login method that replaces traditional passwords and SMS codes.

    It uses biometric authentication (such as fingerprint or facial recognition) or the built in security of your device to log you in.

    If you do not yet have a Passkey, you can create one using a compatible device (smartphone, tablet, or computer).
