Mangopay authorization/payment failures!

    I have bought items at Delcampe in the past (pay by PayPal) but now I tried to set up and pay by Mangopay as I told the seller I would. I have given my ID and credit card # but I’m not authorized. Why make it so difficult to buy something? I told the seller I would pay but now I look very bad! Sorry seller! Signed, unhappy customer.

    I emailed for help but nothing.

    @bcs1 Authorization is made by Mangopay, not :d-happy: Delcampe. You can still use PayPal.

    I said in my post I agreed to the sellers terms to use Mangopay! I had a credit card when I was 14 years old, but at 55 I’m not authorized? Sellers need to know how difficult DECAMPE has made it for a customer to buy! No help from customer service either. I give up, it’s not worth it, some one else will be more than happy to take my money! Very sorry to the seller.

    Sometimes things can be frustrating, don't give up so easy. Did they give a reason why not authorized? My authorization got rejected initially because they claimed that my ID was expired (it wasn't). I sent it again, and voilà, everything was good.

    Yes, I sent it many times! I give up! Huge waste of my time! Please let the sellers know you make it impossible just to send someone money. Just blame Mangopay, easy out.

    Thanks Delcampe for telling the seller it’s not your fault so the can buyer blame me! I have spent many hours trying to pay but it does not work. Will Delcampe reimburse me for wasting my time?
