    my application received some notification from Delcampe with no XML data.
    The notification date are:
    09-04-2025 11:41:29
    09-04-2025 18:19:52
    09-04-2025 21:28:21
    10-04-2025 03:10:44
    10-04-2025 11:25:08
    10-04-2025 19:14:15

    The User ID is: 1119561

    I have found the problem: D* pass the xml for Seller_Payment_Received NOT in the POST

    This happens for all my clients

    Hello,
    we are in a process of overhauling the notification framework, and the "Seller_Payment_Received" has been the first to be ported to this new implementation.
    I tried to reproduce, unsuccessfully, this behavior, with the examples provided.
    I'm currently working on it, I'll get back to you as soon as possible.

    We have switched back the 'Seller_Payment_Received' to the legacy notification framework, at 11h45 CEST time today.
    You will no longer get empty POST.

    We will add more observability to the new framework and try to understand what had gone wrong before retrying.

    We have a dead letter queue that retries sending the callback multiple times when the initial call has failed, for various reason. The remote server could be down, too slow to respond or banned us for sending too frequently.

    This gives me a clue to understand the situation. It seems to be related to compatibility between the format of the legacy and new notification framework when they loop on the dead letter queue.

    Same problem here. Why aren't there a options in the API for "get paid items" as a list and the payment details. Than there is a way for the time your mails or notifications didn't work.

    a new version of the callback notification system has been activated today (15/04/2028) at 11:08 CEST. We have added some observability and fine tuning to make it reliable. Please report any problem since this deployment, so we can investigate any issue as soon as possible.

    Is this a production system or a sandbox?
    We are tired of your technical breaking changes without communication.

    Please confirm, so now we have to manage two systems ?

    The legacy one, which sends the notification in a delcampeNotification key with a multipart/form-data type?
    And the new system (only for Seller_Payment_Received), which sends an XML type with the body directly in the post?

    Nothing should change for the end users, this is a purely technical change on our side to have a better monitoring on the callbacks and to log calls for debug purposes

    We currently have an issue with the SellerPaymentReceived callback that we're not able to reproduce, this change should help us fixing it as soon as possible.

    A fix has been deployed to prevent the empty body on the SellerPaymentReceived callback.
    Can you reply to confirm that it's fixed on your end ?

    The new logging system for the callbacks will allow us to give you an API call in the near future to list all the callbacks in case you didn't receive them.

    I just received a payment event.
    I see data received, but why did you change the value structure for the keys seller_amount, shipping_fee, total_amount, and commission_fee?
    For example, before we received "€3.00" but now we receive "€3.00"
    Can you confirm that this will remain the case?

    The formatting change in the SellerPaymentReceived callback is not intended.

    A fix will be pushed next tuesday (22/04/2025) around 11 AM CEST to use the previous number formatting (ie: 36,54 € instead of €36.54)

    We have a lot of inconsistencies in the API and we intend to standardize some things. The money formatting is one of them.

    We don't have a timeline yet but in the near future, we'll probably use the same formatting as the one in Seller_Item_Close_Sold.
