Rounding-off differences when making "lower bid"

    Dear API-team,

    since the introduction of the new pricing and service fee structure we're always adding 10% + 30 cents to each position of an order to calculate the total of an invoice.

    In PHP it looks like this: `round($price * 1.1, 2) + 0.3;`

    By default PHP is using the `PHP_ROUND_HALF_UP` method of rounding.

    However, we've realized, that rarely it seems like the actual price showing up on the Delcampe website is the one that would be calculated by rounding DOWN, instead of UP. Today we've had another instance of that happening and we're assuming it happens when buyers are making a "lower bid".

    Is it possible that your systems are typically rounding up, but in some edge cases (such as "lower bid" sells) it's rounding down instead?

    If that's the case, and since we can't tell via the API if a selling happened via lower bid or via "regular" sale, is there any chance you could make this calculation act more consistent and predictable?

    Not every customer pays 10 percent + 30 cents. Commercial customers with a VAT ID, for example, pay 8.4 percent plus 25 cents. The method therefore seems inaccurate even without rounding differences.

    Can someone from Delcampe respond, please?
    With the recent "50% off fixed platform fees" this has gotten even worse. Is there any way to get fee information via the API?
