    Because is no longer possible to contact directly users with API, I open this post with a list of suggested new functions to be implemented for create a great system with professional approach

    I manage some servers so I can create a private forum for discussion, just contact me using the url you see into the image

    In the brackets I put the priority from 1 to 5 - with 5 being the highest priority

    1 – Delete an item by personal reference (2)

    2 – Add tracking code to items sold (4)

    3 – Add views count and “watch this item” count (this is useful for check if an item is right described/priced) (5)

    4 – Add the function to send an offer for an item to people having the item on the watch list (on the "big site" this help a lot the sales) (5)

    5 – Create an email address for technical support for site failures (API forum is unattended) (5)

    6 – Update the items sold function adding client details (if for any reason the callback fails it’s impossible to retrieve client details by API) (5)

    While I understand the importance of responsive support, I would like to point out that this concern has already been addressed in another thread on the forum: Lien (https) .

    Please note that the API forum is monitored daily, and we are actively working to streamline our communication channels to ensure that all users have timely access to the support they need.

    Thank you for your suggestions on points 1-4 and 6. I have created tasks in our technical backlog for further analysis and prioritization, and each point will be thoroughly reviewed.

    Dear Servitel,

    I would like to address your first point regarding the deletion of an item using a personal reference.

    Unfortunately, this action is not feasible because the personal reference is not a unique identifier. Consequently, attempting to delete an item based on this reference could inadvertently remove multiple items at once, which is not the intended behavior.

    Please note that the personal reference is a free text field designed to assist sellers in organizing their inventory.
