Delcampe announced about a week ago that they were no longer sending sales notification emails, but they would be available in the messages tab on the sales listing

After a maintenance we postpone the auctioned items having at least one bid and closing on the maintenance time frame, so bidders have a chance to do a last minute bid.
This is a two step process, the first step is to report the sales ending date, then the second step is to inform the seller and the bidders for the new closing date for those sales.
Because of a surge on our SMTP servers, on the Thursday maintenance the process stalled in the second step and not all mails were sent. We have worked on hardening this issue and it will not reproduce.
Besides this problem, since mails delivery is highly unreliable, I encourage you to use the related API endpoints instead of mail processing for your business.
Hello, the email delivery actually works very reliably, what isn't working is the technical department or the technology at Delcampe. For example, we also work with eBay, hood and oldthing via the API. We have never experienced problems like the ones we have had with Delcampe for years in the last 15 years. First of all, the notification(s) for this order were not transmitted. So it is not known at all that someone has ordered something. This only becomes apparent when the customer asks or when a payment is received for which there is no order. In recent years, it has been reported countless times that sellers who are connected via the API have nothing to do with the Delcampe web interface and do not want anything to do with it. We have our own system and it runs through there and if nothing arrives, i.e. no notification is received, nothing happens. We are tired of having to invest hour after hour to manually sort these things out. Payment for the non-transferred order was received on June 25, 2024 at 12:23:24 CEST, so I don't see any connection with any time delays due to maintenance. Best regards

Hello, thanks for the feedback on the callback/notification. I've had a look, we've been doing that for a long time. I had completely forgotten about it. I just wasn't actively using it because the other one was still working. Delcampe is driving you crazy because the order processing is constantly being interrupted. Regards
