    Hi Delcampe Team

    We are using this endpoint to get our inventory weekly
    Lien (https)

    The response time up to 60s for 500 items (with timeout sometimes), we have 270K opened items ..

    can you check why it's so slow ?

    As you can see on attached screenshot, API timeout on requests with high offset, according seller dashboard we have 270878 items opened but we can not retrieve the latest 10K from API without 504 error.

    Can you fix please ?

    The modification was posted online on Tuesday the 24th in the afternoon.
    Have you still had the problem since the update ?

    If yes, could you do another capture with the problematic call ?

    Got less 504 but it tooks about 50s for each call with 100 items per page, with 270k live items it means about 2 days (without errors) to get inventory, not acceptable. Moreother i can not increase numberOfItems without 504 error (see enclosed).
    Upgrading server timeout is not enough, performance must be improved on this endpoint.

    We use the same endopoint for download all inventory for all our customers and we don't experience this issue. Our call ask 1000 items (the maximmum) each

    Where are located your servers ?
    Are you able to check with traceroute the time for every hop ?

    How many items max got your customers ? this becomes longer and longer as the offset increases and got random 504 from 250K.

    Max items count for my customer is 230k

    Average is 80k

    You can check if the problem is at your end by using the program I have sento to you by message

    Unfortunately for security reasons we can not share a token with write access and there is no way to limit scopes with Delcampe.
    Server are located in France, i will try traceroute, how long does it took (avg) to retrieve 1K from your side ?

    Tried for some clients, the average time for retrieve 1000 items is 3 seconds

    Can you try for your largest customer inventory (the one with 230K ?)
    Avg response time for us is 50s when it doesn't end with 504.
    I have tried from my localhost instead of server with same results.

    the time is the same: 2/3 seconds for 1000 items

    I use all parameters startingItem, numberOfItems and order
