    Sorry my first message has been truncated when posting on your forum ...
    Our API key (same for years) is not recognized since this morning and all our API calls are failing
    When we are trying to get a token on /seller we got a 200 reply with 401 error inside (not restfull compliant by the way).

    Can you please investigate and fix asap ?
    We are unable to sync our inventory.

    Hello,

    I just tried to get a token with your apikey with a POST on the /seller endpoint and it seemed fine.

    Can you provide me the details of the 401 response you got please ?

    Can not post XML here ..
    Will forward the XML response by zendesk to your colleague marion i'm in touch about this issue, please check with the key provided and you will get the same error.
