Again problems with the emails and sales notifications

    Hello, there are again problems with the emails with the sales notices. So far it has always been the case that in this case no notifications have arrived. The notifications have arrived this time, only the emails are missing. But these are also necessary because the entire workflow for order processing is based on them. On 7.1. orders were placed by two customers. The notifications were complete in each case. Only about half of the emails were sent. We can rule out a problem on our server, as can be seen in the attached pictures with the log excerpts from the respective period. You can clearly see that there were not even attempts to contact the Delcampe server to send the emails. When will this problem finally be solved? It has been around for years! Kind regards

    You can exactly see witch emails are missing. Ordered time is 07:20 and 19:30 at 07.01.2022. The same Problem to compleed other times.

    Hello, orders are coming in again (14:59 08.01.2022) and again not all emails are being sent. There is a fundamental problem with the division of processes within Delcampe IT !!!!. Kind regards

    After investigations, it seems that one of your MX Records is not working. mail4 receives our emails but mail12 says : "530 SMTP authentication is required. (in reply to RCPT TO command))".

    Hello, we are currently processing orders via data throwing. It still does not work. There are no emails from Delcampe received. So today nothing emails came in, usually something always emails are coming ... (one order is definitely been placed). Whether the API-notifications are complete cannot be determined without extensive manual research. It would be nice if there would be feedback as to whether someone has read it and whether someone is taking care of the problem. Kind regards

    OK, thanks for the feedback, the answers have now overlapped. We are now taking this server out of our DNS mail configuration. But one question remains ... why the problem in this form only since 5.1 / 6.1. occurs and why the Delcampe server did not try to select another mail server as the destination to deliver the emails. Several servers are specified in the configuration for this domain. If the mails do not go out, they would have to stay in the queue for another attempt. Nothing has changed in our DNS configurations since then. Kind regards
