SOAP Autentication fails on several site. URGENT!

    HI,
    I have the same problem on any site using SOAP API for synchronisation.
    I always receive a "Invalid XML data" error message.
    I did not modify any software in the past months and everithing works fine up to yesterday.

    I need a solution urgently.

    Thank everybody for the help.

    Hello,
    Authenticate is now running, token is given, but now "GetItemInfo" and i think also any other functions returns now with the same problem (Invalid XML Data).
    Hey guys what is runnning wrong in out IT department !!!!!!!!!
    Fix this ....

    Same issue as klaus_schneider.

    I can get a token but can't add an item.

    Are we your beta-tester?

    You don't want we phone you but please provide us a tool without this kind of bug!

    Hello everyone,

    The fix has been deployed. The Soap API is accessible again.
    We are sorry for the inconvenience.

    We just want to remind you that this Soap API is no longer supported. It still works, and we're still providing help, but future developments will not be available for this API.
    We strongly suggest using the REST version which is still supported. You can find the documentation here : Lien (https)
