    Hello,
    since 1.4.2019, there are no orders (e-mails) and no notifications will be received!
    There are already several complaints from customers because no feedback.
    The following ordered item numbers were released on 1.4. still transmitted (email and notification has arrived):
    741152816, 727321700, 735733352, 742799237, 727321712, 741581705, 733748885, 742784681, 741158237, 736763603, 73676297, 729658736, 736762955, 742042232, 742041482, 742041479, 739637867.
    It is possible that even orders from March are missing, that was not checked. All other orders from 1.4. are missing and that is certainly more than 50 items. Unfortunately, it is difficult to verify this because there is no suitable view on the website.
    This is definitely CHAOS PUR !!!

    the fact that no e-mails and no notifications are sent is the problem. The fact that the orders are to be found somewhere on the website does not help, because the orders are not stored in the inventory management and therefore no information goes out to the customers and also quite fundamentally the order can not be processed. In addition, the articles are not deleted from the inventory, thus creating total chaos. I hope that the urgency of this problem is recognized. It is absolutely necessary that the e-mails, as well as the notification be sent later, otherwise the orders are not executed !!!!!!

    Same here - no mails, no notifications - for a few days.
    I need them for stopping the offers on other platforms automatically. So it is a big chaos. I have to stop all offers at Delcampe if this situation stays longer.
    Why didn't we get an information about this incident? That is not a good service, when you don't send informations and we are left alone.

    as I have just heard about the normal support, the missing eMails / Notifications should not be sent later.

    That is no solution !!!!!

    We're not the servants here for the mistakes at Delcampe.

    It is impossible for traders to start typing everything manually again. That takes hours.

    The orders will definitely not be executed if the missing eMails / Notifications are not sent.

    On ebay, I've never experienced such an unproffial approach !!!!

    There are many affected.

    No delcampe fees should be paid for the month of April.

    Please have plenty of feedback !!!

    It can not go on like this.

    For weeks there is one disorder after another.

    And so far not even an answer in the forum on this subject!

    Hello,
    we need the missing emails and the notifications. If your system is so unreliable than you must write repair routines to send this informations after crash. We can not always be the victims of these situations.
