Ondřej Moravec is the most successful biathlete in the Czech history.
He became famous at the 2014 Sochi Olympics, where he won silver in the pursuit race and in the mixed relay, which he complemented with bronze in the mass race.
He was awarded all kinds of medals in the World Championships:
NMNM (CZE) 2013 – bronze in mixed relay;
Kontiolahti (FIN) 2015 – gold in mixed relay, silver in mass race, bronze in endurance race;
Hochfilzen (AUT) 2017 – silver in endurance race;
Anterselva (ITA) 2020 – bronze in mixed relay.
The biathlete, trained at the Biathlon Club in Letohrad, brought a total of nine medals from the top events. The picture of our Czech biathlete legend is completed with an informative text, the name and logo of the Fair and text: “LEGENDS”
