Unless otherwise stated, all stamps are, to the best of my knowledge, genuine, correctly identified, and free from hidden defects.
- MH (Mint Hinged) and MNH (Mint Never Hinged) items retain their full original gum.
- Coins are strictly uncirculated, unless otherwise noted.

- Combined shipping is available for multiple purchases.
- Payment is kindly requested within 5 days.

- All items with a total value up to €19 will be sent via simple airmail, unless otherwise requested.
- All items with a total value of €20 or more will be sent by Registered Mail or Tracked Mail only.
Returns
Returns are accepted in accordance with Delcampe policies and applicable buyer protection rules.
If an item is not as described, please contact me as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue. For other return requests, please contact me within 14 days of delivery.
Any approved return must be returned by the buyer intact and in the same condition as received.
Import duties / taxes
Any customs fees, import VAT, taxes, or handling charges are the buyer’s responsibility.

Shipping costs depend on destination, weight, and size (shipping within the EU is generally less expensive). Any overpayment in postage will be promptly refunded.

For these lots, stock photos may be used by default. Any differences are limited to format/presentation (for example: selvage, corner copies, se-tenant formats, pairs/strips).
If a complete year lot is described as used/cancelled, the photos show the exact lot you will receive.

Retours
Les retours sont acceptés conformément aux règles de Delcampe et aux dispositions applicables de protection de l’acheteur.
En cas d’article non conforme à la description, merci de me contacter rapidement afin de trouver une solution.
Pour toute autre demande de retour, merci de me contacter dans un délai de 14 jours après la livraison.
Tout retour accepté devra être renvoyé intact, dans son état d’origine.

Les frais de port dépendent de la destination, du poids et du format (les envois intra-UE sont généralement moins coûteux). Tout trop-perçu sur les frais de port sera remboursé rapidement.

Compte tenu de la nature des lots mixtes, il n’est pas possible de contrôler chaque timbre individuellement.
Les descriptions sont données à titre indicatif et doivent être comprises comme suit :
- Lots MNH : tous les timbres sont considérés comme MNH
- Lots “mint” : peuvent contenir un mélange de MNH / MH / MNG
- Lots oblitérés (used) : peuvent inclure des timbres CTO
Sauf mention contraire, le lot peut comporter des défauts occasionnels (par exemple : aminci, dentelure imparfaite, pli, rousseurs / toning).

Lots annuels complets
Sauf indication contraire, les lots annuels complets sont MNH.
Pour ces lots, des photos de stock peuvent être utilisées par défaut. Les différences éventuelles se limitent à la présentation / configuration (par exemple : marges, exemplaires d’angle, se-tenant, paires, bandes).
Si un lot annuel complet est décrit comme oblitéré / used / cancelled, les photos montrent le lot exact que vous recevrez.

Sofern nicht anders angegeben, sind alle Marken nach bestem Wissen und Gewissen echt, korrekt bestimmt und frei von verborgenen Mängeln.

Versand, Kosten und Zahlung
- Kombiversand bei mehreren Käufen möglich

Versandregel nach Bestellwert:

Rückgaben
Rückgaben werden gemäß den Delcampe-Richtlinien und den jeweils geltenden Käuferschutzbestimmungen akzeptiert.
Falls ein Artikel nicht wie beschrieben ist, kontaktieren Sie mich bitte möglichst zeitnah, damit wir eine Lösung finden können.
Für andere Rückgabewünsche kontaktieren Sie mich bitte innerhalb von 14 Tagen nach Zustellung.
Jede genehmigte Rücksendung muss vom Käufer unversehrt und im gleichen Zustand wie erhalten zurückgesendet werden.
Zoll / Steuern

Diese Tarife gelten für Briefmarken und Belege (Covers).
Für Münzen, Pins und größere Lose können abweichende Versandkosten gelten. Im Zweifel bitte vor dem Kauf anfragen.
Die Versandkosten hängen von Bestimmungsland, Gewicht und Format ab (innerhalb der EU ist der Versand in der Regel günstiger). Ein zu viel gezahlter Versandbetrag wird zeitnah erstattet.
Ich versende weltweit an Ziele, die auf der Plattform verfügbar sind bzw. von meinen Postdienstleistern angenommen werden (ausgenommen eingeschränkte Zielländer).

Aufgrund der Beschaffenheit gemischter Lose ist es nicht möglich, jede einzelne Marke separat zu prüfen.
Die Beschreibungen dienen als Orientierung und sind wie folgt zu verstehen:

- Mint-Lose: können eine Mischung aus MNH / MH / MNG enthalten

Sofern nicht anders angegeben, sind komplette Jahreslose MNH.
Für diese Lose können standardmäßig Stockfotos verwendet werden. Mögliche Unterschiede beschränken sich auf Format/Ausführung (z. B. Randstücke, Eckrandstücke, Zusammendrucke / se-tenant, Paare/Streifen).
