COSTI POSTALI:

Nelle condizioni di vendita è possibile consultare il tariffario per ogni paese ove disponibile la spedizione.

-La tariffa base in formato lettera è fino a 50gr, oltre tale soglia verrà adeguata in base al peso e volume degli oggetti acquistati con la tipologia di spedizione pertinente, per acquisti multipli la spedizione si paga una volta sola su singola fattura.

I costi postali non sono trattabili, per preventivi prima degli acquisti si prega di contattarmi.

-I costi postali sono già comprensivi di €1,00 fissi una tantum per costi vivi di cancelleria, imballo.

POSTAL CHARGES:

In the conditions of sale you can consult the tariff for each country where available shipping.

-The basic rate in letter format is up to 50g, beyond this threshold it will be adjusted based on the weight and volume of the items purchased with the relevant type of shipping, for multiple purchases shipping is paid only once on a single invoice. 

The postal costs are not tractable, for estimates before the purchases please contact me.

-The postal costs are already inclusive of one-off fixed €1.00 for living costs of stationery.

-Paypal offre la protezione vendite / acquisti e richiede che tutte le spedizioni siano tracciabili. In deroga alla carta di Delcampe che indica che tutte le spedizioni vengano inviate all' indirizzo presente nella fattura del sito; chi pagasse con tale modalità e come da regolamento di Paypal sarà utilizzato l' indirizzo indicato nella fattura di Paypal.

-Tutte le spedizioni viaggiano imbottite di cartoncini, plastiche o altri materiali al fine di proteggere l' oggetto durante il viaggio.

- Si spedisce dopo la ricezione del pagamento, normalmente entro due giorni lavorativi dal pagamento dal lunedì al venerdì – escluso sabato/domenica e festività. Appena evasa la spedizione riceverete notifica e relativa tracciatura – presente anche nel vostro checkpoint.

-La spedizione assicurata è facoltativa a vostra scelta e carico, per i costi supplementari si prega di contattarmi.

-Paypal offers sales/purchase protection and requires all shipments to be trackable. In derogation of the Delcampe charter which indicates that all shipments are sent to the address on the site's invoice; anyone who pays with this method and as per Paypal regulations will use the address indicated on the Paypal invoice. 

-All shipments travel stuffed with cardboard, plastic or other materials in order to protect the object during the journey.

- It is shipped after receipt of payment, normally within two working days of payment from Monday to Friday - excluding Saturday/Sunday and holidays. As soon as the shipment is processed you will receive notification and tracking - also present in your checkpoint.

-Insured shipping is optional at your choice and load, for additional costs please contact me.

-ART.1327 CODICE CIVILE:

la spedizione viaggia a totale rischio e pericolo del committente.
La consegna del materiale si intende in ogni caso effettuata con l' atto di spedizione all' ufficio postale o corriere, liberandomi da ogni onere ed impegno con l' esibizione della ricevuta di spedizione.
Per ogni controversia sarà competente il foro di Milano.

-Eventuali disguidi non dipendenti da me, qualora la spedizione non venga ritirata o l' indirizzo presente su Delcampe o Paypal fosse errato o per problemi del vettore; i costi di rispedizione saranno a carico dell' acquirente

-ART.1327 CIVIL CODE:

-Non si accettano restituzioni ne per ripensamento ne per difetti o vizi. Tutti i miei oggetti sono come da descrizione e immagini nell' inserzione, eventuali difetti o vizi sono dichiarati nella stessa o sono presenti immagini che li evidenziano.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS:

MANCATI PAGAMENTI E CONTROVERSIE:

Qualsiasi feedback negativo o controversia denigratoria sarà competente il foro di Milano verrà segnalato a Delcampe.

NON-PAYMENTS AND DISPUTES:

-Unless authorized extensions, payments must be received within 7 days of receipt of the invoice, after this period the dispute will be opened as a reminder and you will have a further 7 days to complete the purchase.

At the opening of the dispute, the buyer will be cautioned in the section 'BLACKLIST'' - until the position is settled.

Failure to sell and non-payment in the terms of the conditions of sale will result in a negative outcome towards the buyer, we will proceed to closing the dispute and cancel the sale for the recovery of the fees due to the site as per regulation.
