    I have had massive issues with a seller who after one month of payment still hadn't sent my stamp order.
    After a further month I chased the order only to find it still hadn't been sent.
    I then asked for a refund which took him 3 weeks to send.
    I then find that i can only leave 100% positive feed back due to the transaction being over 90 days.

    Does this not seem backward? As most positive feed back is for sales which go through smoothly where as sales which have issues are likely to take longer and therefore are likely to be outside of the 90 day period?

    I Think you have been very patient. I wouldn't have waited 4 weeks let alone nearly 3 Months and on another site I got a neg after just 4 days because an item hadn't arrived and that was over a bank holiday weekend!!
    Fortunately most sellers, myself included, post out within a couple of days of payment.
