I just checked my email and found over 2000 items have been closed. What's with that? has this happened to anyone else? Can they be re-listed without having to do each one individually? Thanks for any assistance.

When one of my sales closes because it's been re-started the number of times I've stated, there is a link in the e-mail message 'do you want to re-start this sale'. If that link is in the message, you can simply click on it and the sale re-starts with all parameters the same.

If that link is missing in the e-mail, then something else is going on.

(if you can re-start the sales with a simple click, you may want to go in and modify the sale to a longer time -- more automatic re-starts, up to 99 -- to prevent the sales from closing so often/too soon.)

Thank you for the reply. I list all my items for 99 re starts. The funny thing is some of the items still active have been on longer than the ones ended.

If you go to 'Closed items, without buyer' you can restart a page of items by clicking on the button at the bottom of the list 'restart all'. Bear in mind that restarts are effectively creating a 'new' listing post 1 September and are subject to the new tariff.

Thank you for your reply. I have an email in to Delcampe. Hopefully they can help straighten this out.

    Hello,

Your advice is good... but restarting a sale closed without buyer does not make a new item (unless you do "sell a similar item"). So if the original was posted before September 1st, no "tax" until January 1st.
