    Are you experiencing difficulties when downloading the Lister or when trying to use the install file?

    I just tried downloading the Lister myself and I experienced no difficulties. Installing the Lister using the file should pose no difficulties either.

    If you have problems installing the Lister, make sure your antivirus or other security software installed on your computer does not block the installation process.

    You should also make sure that you are using the latest version of Adobe Air.
