    I have blacklisted someone who's currently bidding on one of my items.
    If he has placed a "proxy bid" , would his bid still increase if someone else bids on the same item?

    By proxy bid, I assume you mean a bid with a maximum bid behind it? In this case the automatic offer will continue and the bid will increase.

    An "automatic offer" is only stopped when the account of the member is closed.
