I am concerned that my full postal address is not visible to sellers when I purchase items from them, as I am receiving mail with an incomplete address, and recently some mail has failed to arrive.
I think the problem is that the optional “Region” field is not being displayed as part of my full address. In my case the Region field is “London”, so it is rather important that this is visible for sellers sending me goods as I live in a “District” located within the London “Region”.
My full address therefore is 4 lines, followed by a PostCode, followed by UK as my Country — 6 lines in all.
Could somebody please investigate?

If you have received mails with an incomplete address, I'd recommend you to check the address you have added to your PayPal account.
Some sellers use this address instead of the one given by Delcampe.
If there's any discrepancy between the two, it could explain the incomplete address.

Thanks for your response.
I can confirm that this is definitely not a PayPal issue as these days I pay for most of my purchases via IBAN transfer.
Whilst you may be able to view my full address on my profile, I remain unconvinced that this is what sellers see when they proceed to process a received payment.
I have just received a further two letters from sellers, paid via IBAN transfers, both of which omit the key word “LONDON” from my address.
I will use the “Contact” link to send you scans as proof.

I have just had confirmation from one of my sellers as follows:-
“ L'adresse postale est celle mentionnée sur la facture: Pas London effectivement.
La facture est éditée après paiement”
Which I think confirms that my full address is not showing up on the invoice when raised.
