Unable to pay my invoice

    I received a request to pay my invoice (via PayPal) and when I click on the 'Pay' button, a new tab opens with the redirect link in the header but the screen is blank. No PayPal login screen appears...

    As I have not received a reply from the Help Desk yet, and it was still not working this morning, I perused previous threads and noticed that this was an issue last September, which at the time garnered considerable response however I could not tell if the issue was really resolved then or not...

    As a further note, this link worked fine on March 17 when I made a previous purchase but failed to work on March 21. Something clearly is amiss...
