Sales statistics is not correct in the new version

    Does anyone check the sales statistics in both versions?
    My stat says:
    old Vers: sold in nov: 75
    ongoing: 16
    new Vers: sold in nov: 63 :crying:
    ongoiing: 16
    :dunno: :dunno: :dunno:
    statistic of old vers is korrekt. I checked both on Nov. 19th, 23:22

    I sell in auction format. The number of items with bids on them is correct, but the value isn't. It is correct in the old version though.

    And it is not just the numbers that are wrong.

    It is 6.30 am on November 20th and the sales statistics show that the current week is 21 to 27 Nov.

    I noticed it last week, but that was around 11 pm, so I blamed the hour's time difference with Belgium for it - obviously not.

    Now the number of items with bids on them is incorrect as well.

    It appears that some items are not being "indexed" by the system. Yesterday it was 3 out for me and now it's 2 out.

    This discrepancy started 2 or 3 days ago when a number of bids were placed on similar items. half of them ended tonight, so it's obvious that they are to blame for it.

    This was reported this morning. There's a thread about it on The Delcampe Website forum "Problems accepting offers on items"

    I can now pinpoint exactly which items have caused the discrepancy in my sales statistics:

    Vinculo (https)

    and

    Vinculo (https)

    Both on the site as a whole and in my store they appear in general search result. However, apply filter "With bids" and they are nowhere to be found.

    Both were listed on the same day and end at 18.25 UK time this evening.

    Maybe the tech team could have a look at this before then to try and pinpoint why they don't show up and why my sales statistics and that of other members are not correct.

    Stats are refreshed daily, they are not live.

    We will look into this next week as it is not convenient for users.
