    Yes, I had the same thing and found the answer was that one of the e-mail parameter check boxes had been changed from yes ( receive emails) to no.

    I didn't do this and nobody else could have from this end so I assume that it has been a Delcampe glitch which has caused it.

    Go to your account - general settings - email parameters, and check that all the boxes you want to be at 'yes' are so.

    Looks like this is a common problem as suddenly I'm not receiving copies either. I think the solution is as described by Moonstone as my email parameter settings have been changed too! What next I wonder.

    Your guess is as good as mine but probably all the UK ones now. Looks as if this glitch was caused at the point the UK switched or aligned with the new system. Thankfully this post alerted me to the cause. I wouldn't have naturally looked there.

    Some of the other parameters were changed too, including my site image removed!

    So was mine, I put in another and it has gone too!!! :dunno:- I'm inclined to remain anonymous for the moment, I think.

    If you upload the image on the old Delcampe it stays. If you try to upload or change it on the new Delcampe it disappears completely. :crazy:

    Ha Ha ... we'll see how long mine remains.
    They also re-established putting my email address up on my Store which I don't like ... so I had to change that too!

    If you upload the image on the old Delcampe it stays. If you try to upload or change it on the new Delcampe it disappears completely. :crazy:

    Sorry to disappoint you but it doesn't, it's the old site where mine has gone twice, haven't even tried on the new site yet!

    Mine too ... never touched it on the new site.

    I wouldn't dare change anything on the new site.
