Error message using lister

    Once again we have technical problems.

    I just prepared today's listings in the lister - went to upload them and got a pop-up saying: "system unable to go online, please check your internet connection".

    As you can see I have an internet connection.

    So far I have been managing to upload items with the lister during these last months of problems, but alas not today.

    Is Delcampe actually stopping items from being uploaded at the moment?

    If so, it would be nice to know

    Today is an abject waste of time with anything to do with Delcampe it seems.

    I loaded some listings using the Lister some time ago - they appear to be in Limbo. No error messages so they are probably sitting in some queue in the ether.

    For the last few days Delcampe has been completely exasperating - it just seems to be one fault/delay after another. I'm fairly loyal to the sites I have used in the past to sell or list my items - but as other sellers have stated I also need to earn the pennies to pay the bills. This is just not happening here at the moment and if things do not improve I'm going to have to consider other alternatives where the footfall is higher and sales are more buoyant with, most importantly, a more stable platform.

    I cannot afford to waste so much time and effort here on Delcampe if the rewards are so poor. A shame as I considered it a great selling platform until recently - but it seems even the buyers are leaving if my visitor stats are anything to go by.

    Come on Delcampe we need far more transparency with what is going on - not just 'cut and paste' messages that the IT team is looking into things. If I knew what the problems were I'm likely to be more sympathetic expecially if there is a diagnosis of the problem and a remedy at the end of the day.

    If we know, we get on with something else rather than suffering the frustration of "malfunction" and wasting our time :d-unhappy::d-unhappy:

    Could you please report when the service resumes.

    Hi......I actually responded to this post yesterday......then the upload to the forum stopped working too. So I stopped wasting my time and did something more productive elsewhere.

    I see on a thread from Benjamin that all matters re pics are now resolved but they heed our confirmation in view of the low site traffic......low site traffiC? Wonder how that happened

    I thought that he meant that the site traffic was low all the time because of the upload difficulties. My error.
