Sale didn't extend or end properly?

As I am in Australia, most European auctions end in the early morning, so I need to use a sniping site.
Yesterday I lodged snipes on 2 items, ending at 11:50, but with the buyer using the option "auction extends if there is a last minute bid".
This morning I thought I had won these items. The auction was extended to 12:00 and was noted to have closed then, as there were no further bids.
The sniping site stated that I had won the items.
I went to Delcampe, to find that the items had been relisted for 10 days, but with my bids still running.
    What's happened?

Sorry - that's SELLER used the extend on last minute bid option.
I didn't mention, but I retracted the bids which had been somehow placed on the new 10-day auction.

Try the 'Help and Contact' section (top right) to find out if it was a Delcampe problem where, maybe, a server was down for a while and all affected items were automatically re-listed or it it was a problem with the sniper software used.

Thanks for the hints. I will see if I can figure it out.
Never had any trouble at all with the sniping site I use.

Fortunately I was bidding on lots from someone with the 2nd-top reputation in the field I am interested in, and he has fixed the problem from a buying point of view.

We have some wonderful sellers on this site!

The problem was that the sale spread from Winter Time across the change to Summer Time, and the sniping company didn't realize they had a problem until these bids went wrong. Essentially the bids were placed by them one hour too late, thus applying to a re-list of the items.
I have had an email from them suggesting that they are working on a fix for this problem.
So not a Delcampe technical problem at all!
