Offer on item expired

    I have just had a buyer make an offer on an item but when I click on the link through I get the following message:

    'The validity of the bid has expired'

    Is this a glitch or am I missing something glaringly obvious?

    Is this a glitch or am I missing something glaringly obvious?
    Its happened twice now with two different sellers,

    The link in the Email notification and from the Delcampe page both give the same message:

    'The validity of the bid has expired'

    A strange message when an offer has just been made! So I cannot accept or decline the offers made:smash:

    I suspect it's a glitch - it worked fine for me yesterday.

    Thanks for the information.

    I also reported this to Delcampe but have so far received no response so your information was very useful. For a while I thought it must be just confined to myself as no one else seemed to have come across this!

    Any sign of this being fixed yet or, indeed, acknowledgement that a problem exists?

    I notice this problem has still not been resolved - but what makes the situation worse is that one series of offers from a buyer (which I would have accepted as it was very close to my asking prices) has been marked as declined. Now I have not taken any action against any of the offers recently made on my items and have no idea if this will be reversed once this ongoing glitch is rectified. Or have I lost the sales?

    But the problem is I will be unable to do that if my offers received have been marked as declined. I have been in contact with my potential buyers who have so far not made any response. It is surprising there have not been more complaints about this glitch (unless there are more on the non English forums.

    I can confirm it is working for me as well - thanks.

    My buyer with offers declined was probably due to him getting fed up with waiting and then bidding on the items he offered on!
