Still No E-Mail Alerts

    I have not been any of my email alerts for about 6 months.
    I contacted delacampe who quicly replied but other than sugesting I check my spam box could offer no help at all.
    My email is correct, my email alerts are correctly saved, my spam box is as empty as my wallet but still no alerts!
    I find it really frustrating and by far the worst thing about Delcampe as I cannot be on 24 hours per day.
    So if anyone has any ideas please let me know.:angryfire:

    Hi OLd,

    I know you have the same service provider as me. I seem to go through phases where most of my Delcampe emails end up in my spam folder. Likewise I keep marking them as "not spam", but it still keeps happening.

    I know I can ban emails from certain addresses reaching me (they won't even go into my spam folder; but simply won't reach me at all) - I don't know if you may have a similar options available to you. Go to your online email and check the advanced options - if you have an option to block email addresses, make sure Delcampe hasn't accidentally ended up in there.
