    You can open a Paypal account to accept money but you cannot use it for buying or selling. If you have a partner in a country where the transfer to a bank account is free and easy you can periodically transfer the money to them when it is worthwhile to do so (Paypal to Paypal account) then make arrangements to get the money to you via Shrill - bank transfer or whatever.

    The problem with Pakistan is the huge corruption prevalent in much of government services - such as the postal customs where theft from the mail is common and Registered mail is targeted specifically. This is why I now usually decline business from your country which is a shame because there are some wonderful collectors and buyers but the losses make business uneconomical.

    If you do open a Paypal account you can use it for buying (my previous posting is wrong about this) if you wish. You are restricted in that you cannot transfer to a bank account which is why you need a partner in an unrestricted country with a Paypal account you can transfer to and can facilitate in getting your money to you in Pakistan.
