    from where do you know fake members and virus's in this area???
    I have been seller and buyer for several years and never get in contact with any!!

    Hi,

    I think you only can restrict your buyers in two ways:

    1) By adding a buyer to your blacklist.
    See Vinculo (http)
    Here you have to add a buyer yourself (it is not automatically done).

    2) By refusing bids from certain countries.
    Go to My Delcampe and then (on the left side of the screen) to My information > Sales conditions. Under 'Places' you can define in which parts of the world you want to sell (or not).

    So to my knowledge it's not possible to refuse bids from buyers with a minimum of 10 positive feedbacks. You could put it in the text of your sales conditions (see above), but I don't know if there will be many buyers who will read or respect this.
