    You have various options when getting a lower price offer.
    You can either accept immediately at the price you've been offered or make a counter offer, which if accepted runs for x days.
    Personally I like the system. The "buyer" can bid at the lower price, but the seller potentially still gets the chance to get the price originally asked, if someone else comes along and bids.
