    I have just cancelled a sale because the buyer has not paid, nor answered any emails after 4 weeks.
    The system seems flawed to me. Before it was possible to leave 0 feedback and then get refund from delcampe.

    Now I must click the "Request invoice cancelleation" button but then have two options-
    1. The buyer is returning the items by tracked mail, or
    2. Refunds are made before shipping.

    I cannot request cancellation unless I click one of these options.

    This is wrong, and the items were never paid for nor were they ever shipped.

    Am I missing something here?
