    It's a funny old world. When all the transactions of a buy are done, I receive less shipment fees than I need. Interesting. Because Paypal take their fees off the shipment costs.

    Paypal have always charged their fees on the full amount charged to your account. That includes postage (and 'Buyer Fees' in new Delcampe).

    It needs to be factored in to your shipping or item prices, just like an envelope or any other expense relating to dispatch. If postage is set at the stamp cost only, you can easily be losing money on the smallest lots. A small mark up on postage is allowable to cover other shipping expenses.
