    I find the new version confusing as it does not give a running total as you add postage. No word Total. It is easy to charge twice by mistake. I wish they'd go back to the old system as it was very clear, as you added postage the total showed. It needs to be made clearer. Do we need all these types of letter and packets, when anything large, we notify the buyer in writing. And in the conditions it is also explained.

    Most of your problems would be resolved if you disable the fee templates and simply add your postage costs manually. This takes just a few seconds - much the same time as it used to take under the old system

    Whilst the new system may work well for most European sellers. the choices available are inappropriate for many other countries and simply confuse the buyers.
