    You need to configure your store to accept lower bids.

    To do this go to 'Account' - at the top of the page where it has four tabs - Buy - Sell - Messages - Account.

    On the left find - 'Store Parameters'

    Go to 'Lower Bids ........

    Fill in the information asked as to how much discount you will accept etc.

    Click 'Modify' and your information becomes active and you will be informed when a lower offer is made within the parameters you have set. Then you can accept or reject or counter offer any offers on your items that are received.
