Can anyone assist with identification of the three attached stamps of Chinese/Japanese origin?

I suspect the first two are probably Chinese and would like to know what the overprint signifies on the second stamp.

The third stamp could be either Chinese or Japanese origin.

Many thanks for in advance for any assistance in identifying these stamps. I have a Stanley Gibbons simplified catalogue but can't trace them there.
