    Hi,

    I think this is a genuine booklet from 1623.

    The title can be translated as:
    Edict of the king on the defense of quarrels, duels, appeals and single combats: containing confirmation and augmentation of the penalties that are included in the edicts, declarations and arrests that were made earlier on the same subject.

    As the booklet was edited in Paris in 1623, the king mentioned should be Louis XIII, the predecessor of Louis XIV.
