    Both are unlisted on Scott cata.

    one with CCCP 1990 on face. I bought this stamp with a label identified it as issued by Russia, but seems very different with Russian stamps - imprint, face value, etc..

    Another with Venezula 1993-94 on face, maybe a fiscal but I am not sure.

    Who could tell me something about them?

    Hello,
    Those two stamps have no postal value.
    They were issued to raise funds for Fauna Preservation.
    Many countries have them.
