    I found these stamps in an old Italian collection.
    There are not in Scott collection
    Please, if someone knows what exactly are these stamps to inform me,
    also, if they have any value

    They would appear to be, from the writing at the bottom and side, tourist tax stamps, relating to a law of 1919. They would probably appear in a revenues catalogue, but are not postage stamps, therefore will not appear in Scott.
